The First Aid at Work Regulations 1981 requires all employers and the self employed to provide adequate first aid provisions for their staff in the workplace.
If you are an organisation or employer and:
- Have identified staff to act as an appointed person.
- Employ less than 50 people in a low risk environment.
- Require staff to have the basics of first aid.

- Scene/Primary Assessment
- Barrier Use
- Adult CPR
- Conscious & Unconscious Choking Adult
- Serious Bleeding
- Shock management
- Spinal Injury management
Certification
First Aid certificate of competency issued and valid for 3 years
