First Aid At Work Refresher : 2 Days
 Employees are required to renew their first aid at work certificate under the Health & Safety Executive Rules and Regulations.
Each candidate must already be a qualified first aider and produced a relevant certificate before the commencement of the course.
Course Includes:
A structured review of the knowledge and skills necessary to maintain certification for the role of recognised first-aider in the workplace
• The role and responsibility of the First Aider.
• Management of incidents and reporting procedures
• Cardio-pulmonary resuscitation and unconscious casualty skills update
• Review of common workplace injuries and illness
Certification
Health and Safety Executive approved First Aid Certificate of competency valid for 3 years.
New 3 day HSE approved courses to be arranged after HSE changes in October 2009 |
